INFANT SPORTS DAY

Thursday 3^rd July is the Infant Sports day at 10.00 a.m. and is held on the Senior site.  We would like to invite as many parents as possible to join with us on this occasion.

REHEARSALS FOR BUGSY MALONE.

Run through with band all songs, plus script.

Friday 4^th July 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This will be a rehearsal day for all in Bugsy Malone.  All cast, band members and crew must be in school.

Saturday 5^th July 10.00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Rehearsal

Sunday 6^th July 10.00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Dress rehearsal

Monday 7^th July

Public Dress Rehearsal – 2.00 p.m.

First Performance – 7.30. p.m.

Tuesday 8^th July – 7.30 p.m.

Second Performance

Wednesday 9^th July – 7.30 p.m.

Final Performance

Bugsy Malone tickets are now on sale and may be purchased from Mrs Scannell. Please note there will not be any tickets available on the door, as we need to limit numbers on each night to comply with Fire Regs. 

HIGHWAY WORKS

The Highways department have informed the school that they will be carrying out Footway Reconstruction Works in the road outside the senior department.  The work will  start on the 7^th July (for three weeks) and they have requested that people refrain from parking in the street whilst works are undertaken.

RETURN OF CUPS

Would all those pupils who were awarded cups in last year's speech day, please return them to the office before the end of term.

PROMPT SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT

Thank you to all those parents who settled their summer fees on the first day of term and who accordingly were entitled to deduct the 1% prompt settlement discount. All cheques and online payments received after the first day of the Autumn term (Thursday 4th September) should not have the discount deducted. For those parents who choose to pay by online banking it is important to authorise payment not less than 4 complete working days before the start of term

(Thursday 4th September) in order to qualify for the discount.

Where pupils are entrusted to hand payments in to school, please ensure that they deposit them with office staff before the end of school on the first day of term in order to qualify for the discount. Thank you.

SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP

The last opportunity to buy school uniform during the current summer term will be from 3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Tuesday 8^th July.  Prior to the new autumn term, the shop will be open from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday 28^th

August, Friday 29^th August, Tuesday 2^nd September and Wednesday 3^rd September.

During the autumn term the shop will be open from 3 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays.
