SCHOOL INSPECTION

The school will be inspected this term from the 12th – 15th March.  You will be getting a letter and questionnaire in the post next week, can you please complete and return to the school.

FOOD TECHNOLOGY

Can I remind all students in Years 7-9 that they should have their named blue pinstripe aprons in school for all Food Technology lessons.  Any surplus ice cream tubs or margarine tubs would be most welcome for storage.

Thank you

Mrs Wiles

JUNIOR SCHOOL OPENING OF GATES

The gates are opened at 8.20 every morning, so that parents can stay in the playground with their children before school starts at 8.30.  I would emphasise that parents should remain in the playground with the children until they hand them over to the teachers at. 8.30.  If any parent needs to leave children before 8.20, they should make use of the early room.  Miss Trevitt is in school from 8 0'clock onwards, and a number of children are usually dropped off during this time.  There is a small charge of  £1 for each session.  I hope that this is a satisfactory arrangement.  If any parents would like to discuss any aspect with me, please do not hesitate to contact me.

P. Bate, Headmaster

There are a number of lost items of junior school uniform, without a name.  Please could you check that your child's name is clearly marked on each item and if they have any items missing, please check the lost property cupboard.  Thank you.
