Tae-kwon-do Duo
1st February 2008We are delighted that we have in Year 5 two pupils who are enjoying much success in the sport of Tae-kwon-do. Both boys are members of the Yeovil Tae-kwon-do Club. Tobias Finch–Hatton has previously been highlighted in the news article (on this website) titled 'School for Champions' when he became National Champion in the Under 13's for Pattern Movements - he is photographed below with his trophy, wearing his 9th Kup belt. Now his friend Kyle Bishop has been given the title 'Student of the Year' at the Yeovil Club. Kyle was given the award for his excellent effort, conduct and for his success at gradings. One aspect of his performance that he was particularly given praise for was the time willingly given to help children in the younger classes. Kyle is photographed below with his trophy, wearing his 8th Kup belt.
