Juniors Exhibit Art at Sherborne House

23rd April 2008

Artwork by our junior school went on display in a special primary schools' art exhibition in Sherborne House. The exhibition showed work from local junior schools in the area and happens once a year to raise awareness and to promote art in local schools. The Park School junior pupils submitted a range of artwork including silhouetted sunsets, individual interpretations of Robert Browning's Pied Piper of Hamling. A collage of Henry the Eighth in full costume, a mirrored clown and two clay teddy bears that were very popular and mentioned by the viewing public and stewards at the private view. The event was a great success and the work looked really exciting in the professional gallery space.  A number of our pupils' exhibits are shown below.
