Duke of Edinburgh's Award Expedition

Senior pupils and students who are working towards their bronze award set out for important expedition training last weekend. 

The aim of the day was to hone their navigation skills including map reading and compass work.

While they found the exercise demanding, it proved to be a lovely Spring day, and the glorious views of the hills around Cadbury Castle lifted the hearts of the weary travellers!
