Edward Pratt, currently in Year 6 has been selected to play in the Somerst County Under 11 Chess Team. There is a National competition for County chess teams, and Edward was delighted to have been selected. Edward is the The Park School's Junior Chess Champion. He takes part in many local and regional competitions, and of late he has been successful in the British Land Tournament, and came second in a Chess Grand Prix. It is no wonder that Edward's name was noticed by the County Selectors!
