Annual Cross Country 2007
21st September 2007Ashley triumphed in the annual school cross country event. All the runners enjoyed ideal conditions on a cool, still Autumn day.
Years 7 and 9 set off with great enthusiasm.
This year the pupils were delighted to run against some of their teachers, namely Mrs Briggs, Mr P. Evans, Mr Pender-Cudlip, Mr Stevens and Mr Ennals. Naturally all the staff were easily beaten to the finishing line!
Paul Lang (9G) for Ashley leads Abigail Squires (9W) Shaftesbury and Jessica Houghton (9W) of Slessor House.
