Chemistry

Chemistry – A level. The study of the elements and their interactions form a foundation to many other sciences and lead on to many industrial and medical science courses.

This challenging subject has much to offer the student, and as with the other science at A level, we recommend that a student will begin this course having achieved a minimum of two C grades in GCSE Science and Additional Science, or a C grade in GCSE Chemistry.

AS level Chemistry Course Structure:

Unit 1 Foundation Chemistry. 34% of the course; 17% of the full A level
