Fitness Testing and Training: here students are given the opportunity to explore the essential fitness requirements and training methods used to achieve successful sports performance. Development of Personal Fitness will teach students how to plan, implement and evaluate a personal fitness training programme specific to their sporting goals. Practical Sport: students look at how to analyse and improve individual, team and self performance in sport.
