u12 Hockey 'v' Holyrood - away - return approximately 6.00pm.

TEAM:

u12 - Ruth Butcher, Claudia Ball, Kate Gould, Jenny Hough, Hannah Shilvock, Matilda Tulett, Gabriella Ball, Kirby Mullis.

With several key squad members unavailable today, this match had the potential to cause us problems.  However, once again Hannah was superb in goal and with Matilda controlling the defence assisted alternatively by Gabby and Kirby our opponents were unable to score.  Continuing their dominance Claudia and Ruth completely wrapped up the mid-field; feeding superb passes through to Jenny, who nicely pushes the ball across the 'D'.  As always little Miss 'clinical' Kate was waiting and bang the goals were scored.  Today she hit all 5 in our win ,giving her a total of 14 in our 3 league matches so far. – Player of the match. – Ruth Butcher.
