Junior Girls - Freyia Crawford 100m/Relay - Abigail Squires High Jump - Abigail Chesterman Discus
Senior Girls - Hannah Forrest 100m/200m/Relay
Unfortunately Freyia was away for the weekend and Abigail Squires was injured and so both were unable to compete. Andrew Deighton continue his progress in the Javelin with a fine 7th place which is encouraging as he has another year in this age group. Abigail placed 4th in the Discus and Joe was 5th in the 200m.
Hannah continued her scintillating return from illness with fabulous displays of power and speed to win both the 100m and 200m. She took nearly a second off her previous 200m PB in the process to demonstrate that she is well and truly back. Then to round off a wonderful day she led the area team to victory in the 4x100m relay.
