Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The Park School is proud to have an active Parent/Teachers' Association.  The PTA organises a number of events during the year to provide parents, pupils, staff and friends of the school with an opportunity to meet, socialise and have some fun. Our aim is to promote friendship and fellowship between all associated with the school.  We also raise funds, which are used to benefit the pupils and help enrich their education.  Over the years the PTA has provided the school with a wide range of equipment.  Examples of recent purchases include Sewing Machines, a Clavinova, Basket Ball hoops for the Hall and a Food Mixer for FT department.  Our most recent project secured funding to replace the floor in the School Hall.

We are a small, but very committed group of parents who work closely with the School to provide a variety of fun and fund raising events throughout the year.  Every Christmas we host Breakfast with Santa and hold our Christmas Fayre which is regularly attended by a number of outside stall holders.  In the Spring Term we organise an Easter Egg Hunt for the Juniors, Cake Sales, a Junior Disco and our Annual Quiz. The highlight of our year is the Summer Fete and Barbeque.  Information about all of these events can be found on our What's On page.

The Christmas Fayre will be held on Friday 24 November.

If you have a child at the school you are automatically a member of the PTA.  The committee meets on Fridays in the Tuck Shop at Chilton (alternating between mornings and afternoons).  New faces and fresh ideas are always welcome.  If you are unable to make the meetings and have ideas to share or would like to be involved in any way, please contact: Kim Banks on
